2 Master Classes:

- Thursday, July 16th 7-8:30 pm: “Rest + Restore” – This 90-minute Master Class focuses on the input rhythms Rest and Restore providing space to BE Still on the mat. An Abundant Yoga favorite resolving to rest in His presence.

- Thursday, July 30th 7-8:30 pm: “Connect + Create” – This 90-minute Master Classes focuses on the output rhythms Connect and Create providing a creative flow that connects the movement to the message.
Weekly Summaries
Week 1 – REST RHYTHM – “We don’t have to run to earn rest; we run fueled by a posture of rest.” Rest is our weapon.

- Read Chapters 1-7
- Tuesday, July 7th 12-1 pm – Join the Zoom Meeting for a 10-minute REST themed meditation followed by a 50-minute discussion group using the reflections questions at the end of each chapter as the guide for the discussion.
- Wednesday, July 8th 7-8:15 am – REST themed yoga practice
Week 2 – RESTORE RHYTHM – “God did not create us to participate in the world’s wear-down cycle…..We have to restore the gifts God’s given us, the gifts of our bodies, minds and souls.”

- Tuesday, July 14TH 12-1 pm – Join the Zoom Meeting for a 10-minute RESTORE themed meditation followed by a 50-minute discussion group using the reflections questions at the end of each chapter as a guide for the discussion.
- Wednesday, July 15th 7-8:15 am – RESTORE themed yoga practice
Week 3 – CONNECT RHYTHM – “We were created for connection, and when we are closely knit within our community, we are at our best, flourishing and full of life.”

- Tuesday, July 21ST 12-1 pm – Join the Zoom Meeting for a 10-minute CONNECT themed meditation followed by a 50-minute discussion group using the reflections questions at the end of each chapter as a guide for the discussion.
- Wednesday, July 22nd 7-8:15 am – CONNECT themed yoga practice
Week 4 – CREATE RHYTHM – “Let’s cultivate the vibrant life we were meant to live.”
