This Ladder Flow offers a gentle flow with power options sequenced to the theme of Create. The intention to co-create with our creator Jesus, the true carpenter. The flow builds as the message flows from Ephesians 2:10, “For we are God’s handiwork created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” There is an alignment focus on the shoulder girdle throughout the flow that is sequenced to 6 repetitions symbolizing creations six days of work followed by resting in Savasana.
